Story of Glow Meals
GlowMeals was started in 2016 with the vision of providing a wide variety of healthy fusion meals that are completely customizable to help our clients meet their personal nutritional goals.
Victoria Saavedra started GlowMeals while being a personal trainer and a competing bodybuilder along with her mom, Miriam Saavedra, a trained chef.
Peter, Valerie and our two kids bought the business from Victoria in 2023. We used to be in the daycare industry and Peter had a greek restaurant. Our goal is to give everyone’s favorite meal a healthy makeover! Eating healthy is a lifelong journey and every journey can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be.
We know the most successful path to eating healthy has to start with the foods you love, and a healthy lifestyle should become only more rewarding over time.
